Hong does a damn good job of using colors, shading, and background detailing in this picture. I imagine this trio as being a party of adventurers returning late to the adventurer's guild house and have the tavern room to themselves.
I would believe the young witch to be the leader and that she's so tired that a drink would drop her to the floor. Which is why she is taking a medicinal cigarette to soothe and relax her stressed body. And I also imagine that the girl's holder doubles as a wand as well.
The young fellow on the stool might be her lover as well but is feeling to ragged to do anything in bed with the witch other than to sleep.
And the dwarf doesn't care as long as he can have a tankard or three of ale for his "nerves".
