They seem to be the same thing. No preference for direction of alias. Whichever tag is selected should also implicate monster girl.

Maybe the 'canon' (dog-torso-leg) scylla should also be put into a separate tag?

If we have versions of the canon maybe we can split them again and have scylla implicate octopus girl but for now I'll alias to scylla.

Scylla also needs to implicate monster_girl.
