"Posing" vs "Pose"

Is there a differentiation between these tags? Do we need both?

I'm not sure if posing should be implicated OR aliased to pose.

I don't see a noticeable difference in their usage, posing has no wiki, and the two names are just different forms of the same word. I'd say alias them.
