I have a few issues with saved searches.

Uncategorised searches show all my searches rather than, well, the uncategorised ones.
I have a couple blank search categories, and I'm fairly sure the searches within them aren't blank.

This was fixed, search:uncategorized now works.

I happened to try Deleted comments, and there is nothing returned with HTML, whereas JSON and XML requests do.

Deleted comments are only visible to mods in the HTML response, but they're public in API responses. I think it's an oversight from back when the ability to undelete comments was first added. I suppose things should be filtered such that deleted comments are only visible to mods or the original commenter in both the API and HTML. This is related to issue #2728.

I'm unable to select different tag scripts by pressing different number keys. Is this a change to the tag script mode or a bug?

Previously some hotkeys didn't respect the "Enable keyboard shortcuts" setting in your profile. I recently fixed it so now all hotkeys do, but the setting defaults to off so you have to turn it on manually or hotkeys won't work. There are other hotkeys like "e to edit tags" that you're missing out on if you didn't have this setting on already.

Have tag scripts always been tied to the keyboard shortcut setting?

It was a mess, certain hotkeys were and certain hotkeys weren't. I forget which. Tag scripts were among the hotkeys that weren't tied to that setting.

Updated

Not sure if this is related to the change evazion mentioned, but until recently, I could use the left and right arrow keys to scroll horizontally while looking at a post. According to the keyboard shortcuts page, left and right are only supposed to be Previous Page and Next Page for the listing, not while looking at a post. a & d provide that functionality anyway, and losing the ability to horizontally scroll with the keyboard is inconvenient.

A quick question regarding DeviantArt uploads.
I'm currently re-uploading some not so goof posts which are samples and still active. So I upload them with an alternate account.
Now regarding DeviantArt, for example post #2614351
When I try to source the image with the URL (http://xxxkiri.deviantart.com/art/higurashi-59429926) then the image is uploaded with no problem. But instead of leading to the site on dA, Danbooru leads to the image itself if the source is used like that.
On Pixiv, it is not like that. Should probably be changed for DeviantArt.

I have a question regarding the empty bar in the mod queue where you can type in blacklisted tags.
Now I don't know if it's an issue (therefore the question), but is there a way to safe the blacklisted tags? I have some post that I shouldn't approve if they're tagged with one of those tags: downscaled, upscaled, image sample, self upload (higher scrutiny at least) and photoshop.

Then on the other side on your profile you can blacklist tags. I did that and looked how it effects the mod queue: It doesn't affect the mod queue in any way. That means I can still see posts with blacklisted tags. I've checked twice.

So the suggestions are
1. Safe blacklisted tags in the queue (if this already works, then it's great. I didn't find such an option)
2. If you blacklist tags in your settings, then they should also count for the mod queue.

Sockpuppeting can get you banned. If you don't think something is good enough to upload on your main account, don't upload it.

That's a little concerning though, isn't it? Doesn't RaisingK have his second account (user #488736) that he uploads other images from? I don't know if I'd call it sockpuppeting if it isn't intentionally deceiving -- Provence wrote a neutral feedback on the account indicating such a thing. I think some uploaders have a preference for keeping their 'main' account clean, which is why they do this.

RaisingK's other accounts, as far as I know, work via bots that are set up to mirror the functionality of the site rather than just be an account to upload things you aren't sure of getting approved; the secondary accounts are essentially used to be able to see what the bot is doing and if it needs adjusting. There's an "upload for approval" checkbox on the upload page for users with the Unrestricted Uploads flag to use when they're unsure of the quality of a post; if it's bad enough you don't want it on your main account then it's likely it's bad enough to not be uploading. Otherwise I don't see a reason to do it.

But "the functionality of the site" doesn't include replacing image samples through manually checked uploads on another account, does it? I'm not talking about the bots/scripts where they automatically tag image sample/bad id/md5 mismatch where they belong. Feels like there could be some clarification of it, given his last upload from that account was 9 days ago @RaisingK

Then there probably isn't even a need for the RazingK bot with this reasoning.
Such sample posts are still active, so they deserve a fair chance of getting uploaded and re-approved. One could still flag them per se, but if they aren't worth for Danbooru they won't be approved anyway. So all it does is a delay by three days (well except one upload, but Renim is knowing what's going on there since I've contacted them.

It's not like it is untransparent usage here.

I also send out my automated dmails through that account now, as albert once suggested.

Yeah, I wanted to give Danbooru the chance to have the original version (in case it gets deleted from pixiv later) without dirtying up my main account. Since I'm not bypassing an upload limit and the only uploads are the original sizes of existing samples, I figured I could get away with that much.

I only see this now (after multiple months D: ):
http://sonohara.donmai.us/mod_actions
It's about the mod actions from Wypatroszony (I highly agree with them). As you can see there are only three actions noted there: Promotion from one user rank to another.
http://sonohara.donmai.us/user_feedbacks
According to this, they did four actions, though: pkmntrainer7 was already a Builder but hadn't unlimited uploads.

I think that also the last action, promoting someone with the permission, should also be noted in the mod action page.
