I agree loli is appropriate for that post, but let's be honest here. Hiding content is basically the point of this tag. It isn't just some side effect; it's a core feature. We wouldn't need a separate tag for completely SFW posts otherwise. And we wouldn't be making nearly as big of a deal of users forgetting to add it either.

You're even saying it yourself, it's not hiding just for the sake of hiding it, but because there needs to be a split between sfw and nsfw. The nsfw one being hidden from general public view to prevent problems is simply a result of that.
