These pages are essential to the plot. If they are being deliberately unapproved for some reason, please let me know so I can request the entire pool be deleted.

because, while they weren't part of a pool, they were kind of part of a set of very similar images that all got approved, and I don't see how these are significantly worse than the rest.
Also, sorry if I'm being a pain by using the "part of a pool" excuse, but these posts are scans of persona 4 character expressions

and I of all people shouldn't be saying this, but I really think this should be an all or none ordeal. Personally, I'd be in favor of "all" for obvious reasons, but I'll admit that it's probably better to just delete the rest if these aren't good enough.

All images are viewed individually so sets/pools make no difference. Also the mod queue is very subjective.
Basically two images that are of the same quality and same theme but have slightly different content can end up with one approved and one in the junk bin.

Part of a pool is only relevant to comics and only when it is a series that has been otherwise approved in the past.
Basically every chapter from Life of Maid pool #678 should be approved (since it is long running) where as image sets are treated individually.
Just a note, even comic chapters that violate the ToS or are simply abysmal relative to the rest of the chapters art wise also likely won't be approved.

It's simply due to the "every image should stand on it's own merits" policy.
If you had an image sets that had gone on for a long time and all the previous images were approved you could likely make an argument for automatic approval as long as the quality was still there and there were not ToS violations.

Ah, I understand, however I think in this case, because the images were scans of the official character expressions of the protagonists (of persona 4), it's kind of pointless to only have, say, half of the characters rather than deleting the approved ones or approving the deleted ones.
