Could go either way IMO.
While short and descriptive, "ragequit" is still a funny name, which doesn't really suits tags.

I've been looking at this for awhile, and I can't see why this shouldn't be a tag. Its fairly objective (character gets upset and stops what they are doing in an over-the-top manner) and it is something that can be easily tagged. Unless I hear complaints, I'm willing to tag all of the images in the pool.
Ragequit is a well enough known term that it can stand on its own as a tag, while those unfamiliar with it can still get a good idea of what it means just by looking at a few posts.
+1 for the support of it, but being a pool I feel wouldn't really hurt anything.

Agreed. Anyone who has ever played a video game online has probably encountered it and it's easy enough to explain to non-gamers.

I think they generally mean if no one objects after a while, it's an unofficial green light. You don't do it before actually giving people a chance to object, though.
As no one has lent any complaints, I'm going to go ahead and do it.

Could just be replaced with a single tag, e.g. "limp penis".
That would be something like an after_sex + foreground_penis combo. I don't think there's an intuitive tag name to cover the concept of the pool.

Not quite. American_flag and bikini together will also include posts where there is a regular bikini and an american flag/flag printed object present at the same time. Even if there are currently no Touhou posts that fall under that false positive (I can't check) it's possible that some could appear in the future. However, given that flag bikinis are a common theme should there be a tag for them?

the combo of america bikini works just fine. have been thinking that maybe there should be another name for the america tag just to make it more clear as to what it means.

Right on the first page of that search are three examples that do not have an American flag-print bikini in them, with more in subsequent pages. In addition posts seem to be split between america and american_flag. The posts in the pool in question, for example, were all tagged with american_flag and not america.
I was thinking more on the lines of a general "flag_print_bikini" tag together with the america tag but I'm also not sure if non-American examples are common enough to warrant that. Not to mention it's still not as accurate for searching as american_flag_bikini.
