Was discussed at 41th page of this thread. Current content of this pool is more or less random and posts that actually supposed to be there are covered by fake_screenshot and anime_coloring tags.
In other words, it's basically a favorites pool.

Well they are from this "series" on Pixiv: Random Shameimaru Aya-san/ランダム射命丸文さん, but I don't think they have a continuity that would warrant pooling.
The main post page for that set makes particular note that the images are all of Aya, and were drawn one after another, live on NicoNico Douga, over the course of 13 hours.
The images aren't sequential, but I think that eleven images is too much to simply use the parenting system.

Until they do more not from that set. It seems like a pretty coherent whole to me, with the main image, and each of its constituent parts separated out. For that many images I think it's an appropriate use of a pool.

I see it as something of a cover/afterword style of image, since it's in the original pixiv group. Doesn't hurt to have it in there.

I've been looking at this for awhile, and I can't see why this shouldn't be a tag. Its fairly objective (character gets upset and stops what they are doing in an over-the-top manner) and it is something that can be easily tagged. Unless I hear complaints, I'm willing to tag all of the images in the pool.
