Since the first is an old username for the 2nd.
The first account is now used for R-18 moe style images, as seen in the source changes for images like post #2306064.
The old images were removed from the paparins account but, other links like on otakumode show that it is the same artist, just with a name change.Since the first artist has 45 images, not 50, a Bulk Update Request was denied. Does this need to be done "manually".
Wikis also need to be adjusted -_-

Just click "Skip validations". Then the BUR will be accepted.
