Some of their art gets approved. Some don't. Even though there really ain't much difference in quality in this artist works

My advice is to see what type of similar content gets at least approved and see what you can improve from there. Alternatively, wait until an approver uploads your videos if you don't mind waiting. Or even, disregard being approved and still upload, since posts being deleted doesn't mean they are gone from the site.
