Sometimes, they just didn't like the image. It's sad, but yeah, depends of approver.

I think the problem is the blur on image. Could be the same quality as the artist's other works, but the effects make it look low quality.
Can i get a reason on why post #9411808 wasn't approved even though the quality is consistent with the posts from the same artist that were approved?

I thought was because of style, but there is other artist's works approved, so I think you need ask for someone give another chance to that post.
