It should be noted that some approvers may only check the thumbnails of posts and would not be counted among the number of approvers indicated (topic #29431). Of course, there's no way for anyone else to know that and you can't know for sure exactly how many looked at it. At best, you only know that at least this many approvers looked at it.

Is there any reason this didn't get approved ? Looking at the other pieces that recently got approved for this artist I think there's nothing making it a lower quality piece.
