Can't approve these flagged uploads

I was trying to approve the series of Touhou-ponies (like post #1126892) that 葉月 uploaded. Let's disregard our opinions of ponies at this point and just focus on the problem: I couldn't do it. It told me "you can't approve a picture you uploaded" which is clearly a nonsense error message at the very least.

Clearly haduki already broke something because they're marked as reapproved by him.

He shouldn't have been able to approve them in the first place, so something is definitely broken.

I had sent albert a dmail about this 2 days ago, as I had encountered this when I attempted to re-approve two of these images. He said he'd try and look into it.

I don't know if this is worth mentioning since you seem to be aware of this problem already but post #1043164 seems to have been re-approved by the uploader after being flagged as well.
