Artist alias request thread

While the entry for sang-hun in is several years older, it has very few posts (2, only 1 active) and most of its links are dead or shared by honey brush. The artist now uses a variation of honey brush for all of their active profiles (except for pixiv, which is BadBear; a name used on some of their older art), though sang-hun in is still included in some of their profiles.

@imapiekindaguy Even in spite of that, I can't approve this because the artist history spans out to 2016 and that should be preserved over aliasing to the newer tag from 2023 even if it's their current common name. Check the OP for instructions regarding this, as in: rename the newer artist tag with a deleted qualifer, alias the newer tag to the older one (invert the alias direction in your current BUR) then rename the older entry to the proper name.

EDIT: Took care of it in three steps, too stupid to figure out why I could not approve the BUR from my suggestion.

BUR #27752 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias shiben_(ugvu5784) -> shibenc16e4

200+ posts. Dequalify because it's not ambiguous and adding "c16e4" because that's their common username across all platforms. Alternatively could just be "shiben" which is still not ambiguous with any other tag besides two wiki-less Final Fantasy characters, one of which only has a single post.

Qualifier is their stacc name anyway which should be aliased away.
