Tag Discussion: date, dating and dated

How about moving the current date wiki to dated?
I think date tag is appropriate for post #468376, post #504165 and post #672354 etc.

Yeah, use date for people on a date, and dated for images that have a date written on them.

i agree on the move. but i would prefer dating for people on a romantic date. somehow it removes the ambiguity. and it's also a verb like standing, walking, eating, sitting, etc.

EDIT:
date could be changed to ambiguous tag instead or aliased to dating whichever is appropriate.

That sounds good.
