You have to click the request alias/implication button in the forum index and then make the topic there, not make the topic yourself.

Also I didn't notice at first but you shouldn't preemptively create wikis for the consequent of an alias like that. It will prevent the original wiki from being moved to the new tag if this alias gets approved, and it'll mean there's a pointless wiki if it doesn't get approved. Next time just let the bot move the wiki automatically.
