Yaku Neko (Yani Neko) also has a real name listed in her wiki. There are a bunch of other x_neko tags too but their wikis are blank.

Aliases change categories automatically, the BURs that need that syntax are mass updates and pool conversions.
It'll get converted to a chartag when the alias goes through. sniped

create alias kansai_neko_(yani_neko) -> nishi_kaoruko
create alias ochinpo_tatsurou -> tatsuno_saori
rename ooya_(yani_neko) -> ootani_ouya
These should be the remainder of the characters except for Hame Neko (Yani Neko), I actually don't know what to do for her real name lol. Also fixing and renaming Ouya to his full name instead.
