rename bollard -> traffic_bollard
rename mooring_post -> mooring_bollard
deprecate bollard
Rename mooring_post to mooring_bollard since that seems to be the more common term.
Rename bollard to traffic_bollard and deprecate bollard to avoid ambiguity.
