This post #3711029 made me rethink the name of this tag as this is not just "tucking" anymore, it's tied to the sidelock (which may need its own tag made).
I considered several names that are more descriptive which are streamers bangs (referencing the streamers thing that hangs off walls or ceilings), draping bangs. In the end, d-shaped bangs may be the most descriptive name that I can come up with for now.
