Imply presenting_removed_panties -> unworn_panties

They need to be unworn to be held and presented. The wiki includes unworn panties as well.

Should the implication be presenting removed panties -> unworn panties, or should it be holding panties -> unworn panties? presenting removed panties implies holding panties already.

Despite the crossed out part, this made me think. If holding panties implied unworn panties instead of panties, there would be no need for this BUR.

And the holding panties wiki does mention unworn panties as part of its definition too, which I hadn’t seen yet.

Old: however, an image like post #11558880 comes to mind: panties held around the legs, during a panty pull. The definition of unworn panties excludes panties being pulled down, so unworn panties can’t be tagged. Does it count as holding panties? As the current wikis say, no, so I guess it would enable an alternate BUR, but it also means restricting in what way panties are being held for them to be tagged or not. Similar case in post #1578027.

Edit: actually, the posts I mentioned are likely missing tags like pulling own clothes/pulling another's clothes, so holding panties can be removed.

I think you can present something without actually holding them. Like putting it on a tray or this post #11598850. Although that post still have holding panties tagged. Is holding applicable for cases without hands involved like this? The holding wiki says no.

I'm still unsure about this but I've found, for now, 5 posts that have panties in mouth instead of holding panties. These posts are tagged holding panties anyway due to the current implication. The posts are fiesuke panties_in_mouth and post #7791661.

A separate issue that I want to bring up is that the pixiv tag in Japanese which is used for presenting removed panties's other names is "パンツであやとり". It basically means "playing cat's cradle with panties" and refers to this specific way of holding the panties like post #11550071 and post #11589340.

The question is if we want to distinguish between this and all the other ways that panties can be presented like post #11496569 and post #11473682?

Found post #5365972 and post #6414297, tagged as panties around toe. Technically not unworn… but they might as well be. They’re not being worn, as far as I’m concerned.

Anyway, if the second BUR is rejected, we’ll have to deal with the implication chain holding panties -> holding underwear -> holding unworn clothes. Because if holding panties doesn’t mean they have to be unworn, it cannot imply that they’re unworn clothes at the same time.

Edit: also, the two posts I just mentioned might help BUR 3 go through. Because the panties are being presented without being held.

I think presenting removed panties was meant to be for that specific way of presenting (and holding) panties at first, then it expanded to other ways. A tag for that would help, and could get implications which the current presenting removed panties is currently too vast for.
