Are swept bangs ever also parted bangs?

swept bangs:

My impressions are that the green-haired lady & blue-haired lady in the last image also appear to have swept bangs and that both of the first two images also appear to depict parted bangs. But, nothing on either wiki page indicates a connection unless side part is also about bangs, and I'm unsure of whether it is.

So, what's the relationship? How many swept bangs are also considered parted bangs? All? Some? None?

I'd say it's a case-by-case thing; there's certainly overlap though.
