Animal on shoulder implications

What about stuffed animals? Do we want only literal animals, or should stuffed rabbits count? The animal on head wiki says they do, but other animal_on_* wikis don't say anything about it.

With all due respect for the user who made the animal on head wiki edit, I haven’t found any discussion regarding that change. Plus, animal on head is implied by a series of tags which imply their respective animals and have done so for several years. Including stuffed animals would mean undoing a lot of these implications. I’d rather keep these tags for animals and, with them, search for animals instead of plushies.

Also, turns out we have stuffed toy on head, albeit undertagged.
