Creating a tag for fake slurs

mass update clanker_(meme) -> fake_slur

Creating a tag for fake slurs as discussed in forum #422873. I chose to update the clanker_(meme) posts because:

• Most of them contain the fictional slur "clanker" as that's what the meme is based on.
• The tag has only 24 posts, so if this BUR causes any mistags, it will be easy to garden afterwards.
• Any other BUR would likely be too convoluted or require a favgroup.

As mentioned in the previous topic, slur_(profanity) is meant for actual slurs used in real life, so if we want to tag fictional slurs, we need a separate tag for them.

Of course, "clanker" isn't the only fictional slur. We could probably find applicable posts with searches like elf racism.

There may be borderline cases such as "Eleven", which started as a fictional slur for an unfortunately real kinda racism, but crossed over to real-world usage (however niche it may be).

If it's that niche and mainly used within the Code Geass universe or as a reference to the franchise, I think it's fine to just treat it as a fake slur in most cases.

On a similar note, I really don't like that we currently group fantasy racism/speciesism with actual racism. I'd imagine most people looking to blacklist racism are doing so to hide actual racism, not elves calling humans stupid or humans bullying furries.

I'm not sure if this should imply discrimination, given it's about fantasy races and not anything in real life.

I left out a small handful of posts from my favgroup that were using themes of IRL racism filtered through a fantasy lens, solely because I don't think they should have the racism tag removed, but they can have the fantasy racism tag added later.
