Disambiguating Coola

BUR #61032 has been approved by @evazion.

rename coola -> coola_(en_ciel_rena)
create alias kura_(en_ciel_rena) -> coola_(en_ciel_rena)

Earlier today, Magirl manually reambiguated the tag Kura (En Ciel Rena) to be Coola. While I can understand changing a romanization, removing the qualifier is not the play here, especially when Cooler (Dragon Ball) has been romanized as Coola in the past before (Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle had the adjacent form 'Coora' for like two and a half years).

@Magirl This is why it's important to go through the forum with a BUR if you want to rename a tag that wasn't just recently created and has a number of posts to the tag instead of swapping the tag on your own. At least when there's a BUR, you can get a sanity check about going through with the rename and people don't have to go digging or happen across it to find out it was changed. BURs also do a more proper move (so in other contexts, this includes updating blacklists and wiki links).
