I think, parallel to heart in eye, that cross in eye is meant for crosses which are not the pupils.

Granted, it has no wiki and the mistags are mostly cross-shaped pupils. I replaced the tag where appropriate.

The bulk update request #60570 (forum #443372) has been rejected by @evazion.
