Updates and implications regarding the "studs" tag

create alias studded -> studs
mass update studded_belt -> studs
mass update studded_choker -> studs

Both studs and studded have existed for years and the former even has a wiki page so something should be done with them. spiked_* implicates spikes so studded_* should implicate studs. Implications cannot be made when one tag makes up more than 90% of the other tag, so posts with studded_* should be mass updated first.

studded is unnecessary and means the same thing as studs.

It's hard to explain the difference between spiked clothes and studded clothes. It came up before in topic #19264 but I still don't really know what to do with these tags.
