rename http status codes

rename 403 -> http_403
rename 404 -> http_404
rename 500 -> http_500

some of these are recognizable such as 404 being a famous code, but i think in general it's poor form to have tags that are just numbers. the thing that pushed me to make this bur was @Historyanon removing the 500 tag from post #11055128, i assume because just the number 500 by itself looks like an invalid tag, despite it being an accurate description of the post.

I feel like 403_error/404_error/500_error would be more clear as tag names, if they really have to be renamed.

I agree with @nsmrtmr1.
(And also that the numbers alone are not clear as tag names in general.)

I still think we should rename the tags to "http_code", but we could make tags like "403_error" aliases of them.

alias 403_error -> http_403
alias 404_error -> http_404
etc.

I agree with the above, utility aliases for them.

I think that's a good solution that most/all of us can be happy with.
