Wing ornament feels a little ambiguous between "accessory on wing" and "accessory shaped like wing" (which I've seen people make tags for in this kind of format, e.g. star ornament).
That being said, I can't think of a better name that doesn't sound out of place with our other similar tags. It's probably worth figuring out though: wing_ornament -wings has around 500 hits, though the majority usage is for ornaments on the wings.
Maybe the others just need to be moved to wing-shaped ornament?
