Based on search engine results, I suppose this tag was meant to describe a type of formal shirt collar with small, wing-like triangular folds such as:

Nevertheless, we already have a clearer wingtip_collar for that.

While in reality, it has been used as a padding term for the overwhelmingly most common type of clothing collars in real life and here (notice the larger triangular folds) - which are formally-known as the Kent collar, long point collar, or Windsor collar like these:

collared shirt

collared jacket

contrast collar

open collar

So I can conclude this tag to be obsolete and cannot be aliased into wingtip collar.
