Because POV aiming down sights has implied this. I don't think implicating it with weapon will work since there are cases of it depicting stuff which is not designed as a weapon (i.e. crowbar on post #10409066).
I am uncertain if holding should also imply since there may be future cases of the weapon being in viewer's perspective but not being held by hands.
