I'm a bit skeptical about creating utility aliases for the sake of it. No pants is just the tag we use in general when a character isn't wearing a bottom piece (like pants, shorts, skirts, etc) but they aren't bottomless. No skirt largely exists as an Oldbooru alias created 16 years ago (topic #2908) because people fragmented the tagging of "character not wearing a bottom clothing piece", so there were some posts tagged no pants and others with no skirt. There was an attempt to reverse this decision in topic #18826 that was rejected because it didn't really make sense to have separate tags for the same thing.
I'm not fully sold on the usefulness of more utility aliases here. Usually if you're going to search for a character that has nothing below, you would just default to searching "no pants", especially if you're not familiar with the character and don't expect them to be wearing a specific bottom clothing piece. Like if I somehow knew nothing about Hatsune Miku, I wouldn't assume she wears a skirt by default and go search for "no skirt".
