Honestly, this tag shouldn't even exist at all. Unlike Kyonko who has an accepted design by Haruhi fans as she is usually depicted as a petite girl with a ponytail and a cardigan, female Shinji's design varies depending on the artists who drew her. Some arts depict her as a brown haired Ayanami Rei and the others depict her with a long hair. So, I think searching Shinji's tag and genderswap (mtf) would do the trick.
