There are several posts under za warudo that merely show Sakuya stopping time without any overt Dio reference (apart from the fact that Sakuya and her knives were designed by ZUN as a walking Dio reference). Then there are posts like post #2711640 that reference the Jotaro vs Dio fight but without any time stop involved.
This tag seems like a relic of oldbooru that should probably be done away with. It's not refering to any one specific concept, it was just used as jokey way of tagging Sakuya's time stop and knife attacks back then.
