This can't be aliased to holding person because of animals and mecha, but we also have holding mini person and lifting mini person.

The correct things here appears to split this into the above (with utility aliases and implications to mini person removed), in palm, holding animal, etc. We might have to create new tags like holding mecha, if there's stuff like that.

Alternative is to have an umbrella holding chibi tag with holding chibi person etc under it, but it still would not solve the issue of mini people.

I understand the sentiment, but I also realize we don't have a way to search for non-chibi mini-people vs chibi mini-people.
