consolidating and renaming shoejob/bootjob/sandaljob

create alias shoejob -> footjob_with_shoes
create alias bootjob -> footjob_with_boots
create alias sandaljob -> footjob_with_sandals

It's not clear if all these *job tags need to be consolidated or just implied.
Regardless of whether we merge or imply them, first of all they need to be renamed to avoid mistaking them with penis in footwear, and for consistency with footjob with legwear vs sockjob (the latter is for a handjob with the penis inside the sock, so the opposite as these tags)

create implication footjob_with_shoes -> footjob_with_footwear
create implication footjob_with_shoes -> shoes
create implication footjob_with_boots -> footjob_with_footwear
create implication footjob_with_boots -> boots
create implication footjob_with_sandals -> footjob_with_footwear
create implication footjob_with_sandals -> sandals

First option for the consolidation: just implying them. Note that footjob with shoes/shoejob will need to be cleaned up first because right now footjob with footwear is aliased to it, so it likely got a bunch of mistags.
