The current name for this tag strikes me as not universally known. "Silly me gesture" matches the TvTropes article of the same name (something this site is known for following), and is thus more likely to come to mind when thinking of this gesture.
Agree that dojikko is too obscure but silly_me_gesture is too broad. It could use a wiki entry that lists dojikko pose, tehepero and ah eto... bleh (meme) ( maybe scratching head and scratching cheek?). That tvtropes page you mention even includes
Sticking the tongue out is sometimes forgone from the gesture, but other variants are also possible. This is referred to in Japanese anime fandom circles as tehepero
