remove alias hand_around_waist -> hand_around_person

forum #421240 reminded me hand_around_waist needs to be renamed. It's specifically for grabbing a whole mini person with a single hand, but it's prone to being mistaken with hand on another's waist/arm around waist.

I don't know if this is a good name, but using a BUR as conversation starter. We also have torso grab, so maybe we could come up with something similar and better.

"Hand around person" makes me think of someone putting a hand/arm around someone's shoulders or still the waist, hoping it's just me and doesn’t get mistagged later.

I would've put "mini person" in the name of the tag if it wasn't for the fact that it's also being used for giants holding average-sized people (post #7667522) and people holding small pokemon (post #10037109) by the waist.

i don't think the original bur has a good name but given that i ALSO thought it was for dancing at first glance i guess it's an improvement at least. here is an alternative

if this is confusing maybe it should be in the passive instead like grabbed by giant?

Maybe this is better, can't really use "person" if it's also for creatures and pokemon.

I get that these options are still a little ambiguous sounding. Would an ugly tag like size_difference_waist_grab be better? Would anyone ever think "what's the tag for this, obviously it's size_difference_waist_grab" lol

Gonna do this for now and see if it makes the situation better. I'll try to clean it up too.
