imply anus_cutout -> ass_cutout

BUR #56647 has been rejected.

create implication anus_cutout -> ass_cutout

Seems like a subset.

Not so sure about it, ass cutout seems to be for the most part cutouts revealing either the buttcrack or the entire buttocks, while anus cutout just reveals a tiny portion around the anus are and if ass seems to be often spread so I'm not sure there is much overlap, but I don't particularly care if the BUR goes either way.
