Shuvi is an incorrect spelling of her name used in early fan subs. Schwarzer is the name she gives herself initially and Schwi is how it's shortened and meant to be officially. It even sounds more like Schwi in the voice acting, at least to me. Even then, the official romanised version of the name according to the creator is "Syuvi" so it'd be wrong on that aspect too.
Interestingly, wikipedia uses Schwi on the No Game No Life wikipedia page but Shuvi on the No Game No Life Zero film page. Schwi is a correction made in early 2023 and the latest edit of her name. Not that it means much but Schwi is also used on MyAnimeList who also opt to use her last name of Dola too.
