create alias aggie.io_(medium) -> magma_(medium)
These are the same software, just under a new name. The aggie.io site currently redirects to Magma.

create implication magma_(medium) -> paint_chat_(medium)
create implication magicaldraw_(medium) -> paint_chat_(medium)
create implication drawpile_(medium) -> paint_chat_(medium)
Should this also apply?

I think so, but it seems like there may have also been a specific website named PaintChat at some point. It looks like the term and the tag is mostly used for the concept in general, I'm seeing quite a few MagicalDraw posts in there.
If we are making that tag explicitly an umbrella tag, though, there's others that should be included: MagicalDraw, Drawpile, iScribble.
I am the one who created the paint chat (medium) tag. I was not aware of any specific software with that name at the time and just transcribed the term "絵チャ" which I often encountered in artist commentaries, with the intent for it to be used for any, non-specific, kind of such tools.

Then yeah, I think that's fine. Could you add MagicalDraw and Drawpile to your BUR, though?
Why are we using paint_chat_(medium) as the tag name? Is that the name of the underlying software used by all these sites? If not, shouldn't we use a better name?

"Paint chat" is what they refer to this genre of site as, but I think the medium part could probably be removed since it's not the software itself.
