Deprecate "support"

deprecate support

The somewhat vague nature of the support tag has left it with eclectic usage, including:
- Physically supporting another person that's standing up (post #3664919)
- Physically supporting oneself on a wall or other object (post #1278717)
- Supporting structures for buildings or etc. (post #2000745, possibly)
- Other game-related meanings of support (post #3778320)

support seems too generalized to be useful as a tag, and more specific alternatives can exist for these use cases (e.g. arm_support for physically supporting oneself with an arm, gameplay_mechanics for gameplay supports where it makes sense).

I could manually do any replacements for this tag afterwards (outside 2 posts that are Gold-restricted), since only 58 posts have the tag at the time of this BUR request.

imo we could use something more specific than arm around shoulder for posts a character is supporting another character who is hurt/tired like post #1036698. leaning on person doesn't seem to be enough either

There's also shoulder support, which seems very similar to it, maybe an alias would be useful here?

I think supporting another's weight and shoulder support/human crutch would have a lot of intersect, but wouldn't necessarily mean the same thing. supporting another's weight is a bit more general, so it could encompass something like supporting someone's weight from the back (e.g. post #6212161 or post #5980723 if I'm understanding our current usage correctly).
