Semantic ambiguity aside, "guy humping his bed/the ground while prone" could be its own tag.

Maybe "prone_humping" for a name that's less likely to be misused?

This concept seems to be referred to as both "prone masturbation" and "prone humping" interchangeably on porn/fetish sites from what I can tell.

I'm not sure naming the tag prone_humping would be less ambiguous than prone_masturbation though, then people might tag it on prone_bone dry_humping posts like post #6549051 because the tag name doesn't have masturbation in it.

prone_humping_masturbation would be unambiguous but no one calls it that.
