this is going to create a new tag called cum inside that contains cum inflation and cum in pussy posts, but nobody who searches for cum inside would want to see both cum inflation AND cum in pussy. that is only technically true it's not good for searching
stomach bulge / throat bulge is also for things like large penises/dildos making a bulge. so it isn't even the same type of thing. i'm not sure even big belly can be implied
i'm not sure if cumflation is a necessary alias either, but it's the only part i would be okay with
Cumflation is notably what the tag is called on e-hentai, which is why I think it would be nice to have as an alias.
