Aliasing tsukimihara uniforms

BUR #55130 has been rejected.

The latter is the MUCH more common and official English spelling (I'm not sure where the other one came from), and given they're school uniform tags they should be implied to that as due to them not having "School Uniform" in the name it doesn't happen automatically.

I'm not sure if there are any official sources, but every Japanese site I turn up on Google seems to have furigana that indicates it is "Tsukumihara" and not "Tsukimihara": 月海原学園（つくみはらがくえん ）, and even some English wikis seem to follow that. FGO EN does officially use "Tsukimihara" for this craft essence but it does not seem to be a literal translation of the JP text: "Tsuki no Umi no Seitokai", while this craft essence (does not exist on English server yet) seems to have furigana indicating "Tsukumihara" (at odds with the translation used there). I'm not sure if that furigana is extracted from the game itself, but it would be the official reading if it is.

IK the main wiki also uses Tsukimihara as well, if need be though I can just reverse the BUR.

Inverse BUR, Tsukimihara is a quite common spelling and thusly should be aliased even if not the main tag.
