Missing cutout implications

A few types of clothing cutout are missing implications to it.
Also, breast cutout appears redundant. Isn't this just breastless clothes or cupless* ? Many of its posts are mistagged cleavage cutout or nipple cutout.

face cutout probably should be nuked. it's 1.4k posts of Hata No Kokoro, 5 mistagged eyes out of frame, 1 mistagged bread with a face and 1 correctly tagged hat with a face cutout.

The current ladder cutout includes "ladder slit", it should be separated before imply to clothing cutout.

I've moved the obvious slit posts into the existing belt_slit tag or favgroup #52364 I don't think we nee a tag to differentiate belt from strap slit, but not sure. I also don't if ladder cutout needs to be differentiated from strapped sideless outfit (which I can't find a tag for).

It should be for clothing with individual holes for each breast to pop through like post #9236059.

Naturally, taggers took it to mean any clothing with a hole in the general breast region.

I'm getting sudden deja vu to when someone mass gardened posts of a character I uploaded with this tag and I didn't check it back then because it seemed like a pain in the arse to verify tens of pages of mass changes applied to characters at one time.

I cannot tell the difference between nippleless clothes and nipple cutout, I think they should be merged. They're both filled with cupless bra-style lingerie like post #10761427 (which I think is what nippleless is meant to be) and nipleless clothes has very cutout-looking nipple holes like post #10425639.

it's like... almost all cupless bra, cupless bikini, cupless babydoll, cupless swimsuit, cupless leotard, etc. these don't get tagged with nipple cutout afaik so it probably should be deprecated instead of aliased so we can fix the tags later. tbh i'm not sure if cupless leotard makes sense. maybe that one should be nipple cutout but that is for another thread

i was going to add nippleless bra -> cupless bra alias for autocomplete hinting purposes but the alias already exists and taggers still didn't get the hint...

Only ladder_cutout ~utau ~nakatsu_shizuru ~clownpiece ~mako_(monster_girl_island) ~ichijou_ruka ~wa2000_(girls'_frontline) ~celes_chere belong to clothing cutout, the rest are slits.

I've been doing: if there is any partial cup it's nipple cutout, if it's just the hem it's cupless*, but cutout shapes can apply to cupless. so post #4232511 is nipple cutout + heart cutout and post #3406339 is cupless bikini + heart cutout
