It's a design by Peargor of their depiction of Solar Flare as a human.

if both are always going to get tagged it makes sense, but idk the policy on implying fan designs to char tags

There is precedent for implicating them but it's circumstantial. Tanya Degurechaff (Sleepwalker) comes to mind as a somewhat recent example.

The bulk update request #54729 (forum #418137) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.

We only do it when they're very similar. For personifications, it's too risky and artists tend to go their own way with these.
