For some reason, we have duplicate tags for the same character, officially known as Hakuzou (literally White Elephant, 白象, but rendered in katakana, ハクゾウ). Pawoo-chan is the older of the two tags, and seemed to have been named that solely because the first tagged posts were personifications, despite the fact that the original Pixiv post (post #2728062) wasn't tagged with パウーちゃん but ハクゾウ. It does seem to have caught on as a name though, so it can stay as an alias.
