create implication goo_engine_(medium) -> blender_(medium)
I just happened to discover this tag existed due to translated tags, originally just using Blender (medium) to encompass both vanilla Blender and Goo Engine. Since I know it exists, I'm proposing an implication for Goo Engine to be considered a type of Blender. Our alternatives are either to keep them separate (and perhaps mutually exclusive) or get rid of the Goo Engine tag, but I'm not fond of the latter.
Goo Engine is a fork of Blender designed for NPR and anime-style rendering, with a large emphasis on animation. Animations created in Goo Engine as of right now are visually distinctive enough from vanilla Blender animations (most of which, unfortunately, our sample size being a bunch of NSFW content) that they deserve a separate space in some fashion, but in essence, they're all still works created in Blender, just with very different rendering techniques.
Looks like all posts before mine were tagged with Goo Engine (medium) are also tagged with Blender (medium) except for two so I guess the implication is already correct in practice but I don't know if it should be that way.
