Commentary Buttons as Radio Buttons

I'm working on fixing partial commentary + commentary and two posts came back in less than a day.
Can we get radio buttons in the Add Commentary window for commentary and commentary request? As they are mutually exclusive, but there are more than 7000 posts that have both. Those should be left as-is and checked manually, but this change would prevent their number from increasing.
check commentary and partial commentary should remain as options under commentary request.

The same feature could be also implemented for translation request and translated

It wouldn't really completely stop either from happening cause you can still manually add them as tags. If it had some sort of check just preventing you to add those mutually exclusive tags together (like how you can't remove an implicated tag) that would be better ig

See issue #5950, someone just needs to implement it.

That would be a good option for any mutually exclusive tag. But I do believe the "Add Commentary" window is the main source of this problem, as many of the posts I checked were already translated, they just didn't remove the old tags and added the commentary one.
