Blue archive frilled bikinis to ruffle bikini

The ruffle_bikini tag better matches several *_(swimsuit)_(blue_archive) costumes than frilled_bikini, but it was added after that design came out (forum #322849). This should convert the four of them to ruffle_bikini, then put back frilled bikini to the two costumes that are frilled in case any images featured both costumes.

This doesn't touch serika_(swimsuit)_(blue_archive) because I'm not sure if it should be frilled or ruffle.

It's better to do these manually because of varying artist interpretations, adapted costumes, etc.

Also, you're only taking official swimsuits into account. If you remove frilled bikini from posts that feature characters wearing non-official frilled bikinis, you have no way of putting them back. The Atsuko and Mika lines won't be enough to fix it.

The bulk update request #53449 (forum #413554) has been rejected by @pegg.
